What is algorithm behind the coin? Standard hash solving mechanism, or like in Primecoin case mining involves finding Cunningham chains or something else?Is coin POS/POW or mixed?
It is an ERC20 smart contract token, based on the Ethereum platform.
What is the purpose of the coin? (Is it only used as currency or there is some deeper system behind it?)
It is only conceived as a currency. Its purpose is to fight efficiently the FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) that is continuously spread around by the old financial system.
Does dev or the team have any experience that makes them likely to succeed?
Our team is composed by IT specialists and we also have cooperation from several economic and monetary analysts.
Can you follow through in your projects?
Of course we do, we have a roadmap that has led us where we are right now and we are determined to follow it throughout the entire project.

We have a quite complete bounty campaign, because we understand it is one of the channels needed in the path to success for the currency we’ve created. You can find it here:

What percentage of coins in circulation will the main developer have?
We’ll only keep 2% of the total (2 millions on 100 millions) to help us sustain future expenses for development and propagation. We will reserve a minimum part of the total token supply for development because we already tested its growth in a closed environment with simulations.
How were the software clients generated (did they use the main Bitcoin client or something else to make their software)?
DimonCoin is a token based on the Ethereum platform: users can use the Ethereum wallet, Mist, MyEtherWallet, or a plugin like Metamask. We just suggest to avoid exchange wallets.
Is the coin deflationary with hard cap of coins or not?
It is deflationary, as it’s capped at 100 million tokens. We will keep airdropping it for the next months, until the coins will be distributed completely.
Was it heavily premined, how many coins are in the hands of devs?
As said, 2%, we won’t keep anything more than this. We also implemented a function in the smart contract to transfer the ownership; at the end of the distribution we’ll transfer it to a null address, so no one will have access to it forever.
If you ever had the chance to talk with Satoshis what would you ask?
I would ask him why did he suddenly stop development and what was his roadmap to complete the Bitcoin project, in example how he would have thought to solve the scalability problem, because the Lightning Network seems a bit cumbersome.
As he’s surely a genius, I would also ask him how to replace the HEX string address with a nickname, and still retain anonymity by automatically changing addresses at each transaction
Even Vitalik Buterin with Ethereum can’t beat Bitcoin. How you gonna do it.
It is not our intention to beat Bitcoin. Our opinion is that, like it happened with Internet, there will be few competitors that will hold up along the years. Similarly to Internet, in the first pioneering period, a huge amount of people and projects spawned up, but few of them dominate the scene nowadays.
Thanks to our Proof of Concept project, we think our coin will be one of those that will survive the selection period of the next few years.

Message to investors and supporters
Big things have small beginnings.
We may have skeptics on our PoC concept at the moment, but when Bitcoin was launched nobody cared about it for more than one year and it took full 3 years to begin a real distribution. It may take time to overcome doubts on this idea, but it will happen in the end.
