We aim to process all withdrawal requests on the same day. However, it can sometimes take up to 3 business days to process a withdrawal. As we work more closely with banking providers, we expect that the processing time will get shorter. You can review the status at any time in your wallet.
You should login to your account, click on "wallets" button and choose "withdraw" next to the currency you are interested in.
After that you will have 3 options:
- bank transfer: by choosing this option you will be able to enter all the required payment details. Please note that bank account should be opened on your own name. You also should send us a confirmation that the bank account is opened on your own name via email ([email protected]);

We support bank cards, wire transfer and SEPA withdrawals. Cryptocurrencies can be withdrawn to cryptocurrency wallets.
To activate an option of banking card withdrawal, firstly, you need to make a deposit from this particular card. After that the banking card will be displayed among withdrawal methods. You should follow this procedure in order to activate your bank card and to prove that it belongs to you.
If the sum of withdrawal exceeds a certain amount, we request the proof of funds. This is aimed to protect you and your funds from getting involved in any illegal activity. We are required to check our clients’ source of funds under the applicable regulation.
There are different options, depending on your particular situation: а) If you withdraw funds to your personal crypto wallet — we can ask you to “sign” the transaction with your private key. b) If you withdraw funds to a crypto wallet and do not own a private key for it (for example, withdrawal to your account on another crypto exchange) — we can ask to prove that the account belongs to you (screenshots from you account, for example). Note: we never ask you to share your private key or passwords from your accounts.
When you send crypto assets to a wallet that does not belong to you, it means that the owner of the wallet is not compliant with the AML and KYC procedures. Therefore, it incurs risks for you to be involved in any illegal activity, like sending crypto to dark-web.
